 Description: In this class we will pattern the cloth with shibori techniques, selectively remove the sericin protein layer on silk organza, and then dye the cloth. The result is two textures, two colors, and creative design on silkStudents should bring latex gloves, mask, and, apron, scissors, and tape measure. ETC will provide organza cloth and scarf and assorted dyes. |
