 Description: Shibori is a 2 part process, creating pattern and dyeing. With stitch shibori the pattern is made by using needle and thread to stitch a pattern which is then gathered snugly. The cloth is dyed. When the thread is removed, the pattern created by those threads appears.Students may bring a thimble if desired, a scissors, a fabric pen, latex gloves, and apron. |
