Begin your next tapestry project with support. Students who have taken a recent Beginning Tapestry workshop or have woven tapestry before are eligible.

Bring your own portable loom (or ask to borrow one of ours) and an image of your own design no larger than 8" wide and 10" high. We will warp up together on the first day and learn about weaving orientation, image simplification for tapestry weaving, and cartoon use. The second day will be spent weaving your own image with short discussions on color relativity and value principles. Finishing and installation will be covered briefly. The warp and some yarn is provided. Beaters are available to borrow or buy.
